MONICA “MOE” ANDERSON, DDS is professional speaker, multi-published author, entrepreneur, and full-time Dental Consultant. She is a graduate of Baylor University and the University Of Minnesota School Of Dentistry. Her 30+ years of health care experience include: over two decades in private practice, Dental Director of a Federally Qualified Health Center, Dental Director for a national Quality Improvement Organization, Dental Director for a national benefits administration company, provider and client presentations, peer review, record audits, quality initiatives, and numerous published articles on healthcare. She has extensive experience in leading diverse, high performing teams of professionals. She gives workshops on managed care, personal development, life balance and communication for national conferences, civic groups, and academic institutions.

Dr. Anderson is the bestselling author of six books and a former lifestyle columnist for the Star-Telegram of Fort Worth, a major daily newspaper. She has been an Associate Editor for Northwest Dentistry, as well as, a contributing writer for Currently, she serves on the editorial committee of The Beacon, a publication of the AADC. Her professional memberships include: American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, American Association of Dental Consultants (AADC), America’s Health Insurance Plans, MC Cooper Dental Society, and the National Dental Association.

Dr. Anderson is the mother of two millennials, the big sister of a Gen X’er, and the grandmother of three adorable Gen Z kids. She lives in the Dallas, Texas area.
